Return Eligibility

Items may be returned if they:

  • Are returned within 2days of delivery.

  • Are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Include original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Are accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  4. Once received, your return will be inspected before approval.

Refunds

After your returned item is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, its additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, color, or replacement product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing Osama.ishfaq991@gmail.com with photographs of the issue. We will work promptly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by Aurexo.

  • For other eligible returns, return shipping costs are CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY.
